Inclusive Leadership and Allyship

This course focuses on the role of leaders in promoting DEI in the workplace and developing inclusive and equitable work environments. Students will learn about the skills and attributes of inclusive leaders, such as empathy, self-awareness, and courage. They will also explore the concept of allyship and how to develop and practice allyship in the workplace. The course will cover strategies for addressing resistance to DEI efforts and promoting buy-in among employees.
