Cultural Competence and Cross-Cultural Communication

In this course, students will develop their cultural competence and cross-cultural communication skills. They will learn about different communication styles and norms across cultures and strategies for effective cross-cultural communication. The course will also cover how to address cultural misunderstandings and conflicts in the workplace. Through case studies and simulations, students will develop their ability to navigate cultural differences and work effectively in diverse teams.
