Stakeholder Engagement Strategies for CSR

This course would focus on the importance of stakeholder engagement in driving CSR initiatives. Students would learn about the different types of stakeholders and their expectations, as well as the different methods for engaging stakeholders in CSR. The course would cover stakeholder mapping and analysis, stakeholder engagement planning and execution, and the role of communication in building and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Students would also learn about the challenges of stakeholder engagement and strategies for overcoming them.
