Energy Storage for Renewable Energy Integration

This course will focus specifically on the role of energy storage in integrating renewable energy into the grid. Students would learn about the challenges associated with renewable energy integration, including intermittency, variability, and curtailment, and how energy storage can help address these challenges. The course will cover the different types of energy storage used for renewable energy integration, the design and operation of renewable energy storage systems, and the various policy and regulatory frameworks that promote renewable energy storage.
